Versatile Champions

Every dog our members train and every test we "prize" in is a cause for celebration.  While we cannot recognize every accomplishment, we would like to highlight our chapter's Versatile Champions as well as the recipients of our chapter's Dog and Handler of the Year awards.

The Invitational Test is NAVHDA's highest level of testing. Only those dogs that have achieved a Prize I in Utility are eligible. This limits the entry to exceptional animals who have demonstrated a high level of training and tests their skills in the advanced work.   The invitational is a pass/fail event.  Dogs that pass the test are legally renamed in the NAVHDA registry to have the letters "VC" inserted infront of thier name.

NCWNAVHDA is honored that many our members have achieved the title of Versatile Champion.  This truely is a chapter honor as it takes a lot of help and teamwork to train a dog to this level.
