About the Clinic

​

This two-day immersive clinic introduces participants to the NAVHDA philosophy of evaluating versatile hunting dogs. Through guided instruction and practical demonstrations, attendees will learn how to use a judge’s work card to score both Natural Ability and Utility dogs.

 

Participants will gain valuable insight into how NAVHDA judges assess performance in the field, making this an excellent opportunity for handlers, enthusiasts, and those interested in judging.

Please note:

• This is an educational clinic—participants do not need to bring a dog

• Demo dogs will be provided

• The clinic will be held rain or shine

What to Bring

Please come prepared for a full day outdoors:

• Chair

• Pen and paper

• Weather-appropriate clothing (including boots and blaze orange)

Meals

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
Please note: Special dietary requests cannot be accommodated.
