Equipment Rental Policy

To support effective training opportunities for members and their dogs, the following equipment rental policy applies to all club-owned training equipment.
1. Equipment Available for Rental
The following equipment may be checked out for member use:

Bird launchers
-
Backing dog
2. Rental Availability

Equipment may be checked out for use between scheduled training days.

Reservations may be made at any training day on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise coordinated with a designated equipment coordinator.
3. On-Site Use Requirement

Reserved equipment must remain on the Mead Training Grounds until the end of the day it is checked out.

This ensures all members have access to shared equipment during official training activities.
4. Return & Condition Expectations
All rented equipment must be:

Returned at the start of the next training day

Fully charged (if electronic)

Clean and in good working condition
Members are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while equipment is in their possession.
5. Responsibility & Courtesy

Please handle all equipment carefully and respectfully so it remains available and safe for all members.

If equipment becomes damaged or stops functioning properly, notify a board member or equipment coordinator immediately.
